To implement this brand redefinition, our principal interviewed each of the 32 Jackson McDonald partners, taking them through our specially tailored design brief questionnaire. In addition, our team engaged in business development think tanks, with all partners and their in-house marketing team.
Our process identified and verified the core values and qualities that defined the Jackson McDonald brand. These findings were used by the Bonser Design team to drive the brand redefinition.
