Boodjara is an Indigenous-owned, WA-based company providing end-to-end electrical and instrumentation services to the energy, industrial, mining and oil & gas sectors. True to its name – Noongar for ‘country of origin’ – Boodjara is proud of both its connection to the lands on which it operates and its commitment to long-term employment and training opportunities for Aboriginal people.
The business had simply grown out of its foundational brand identity. In a highly competitive space, a ‘safe’ corporate look and inconsistent application was holding back Boodjara – its branding needed to reflect the mature, reliable and approachable operation it had become.
Dropping ‘Energy’ from the name immediately enhanced the brand’s positioning. Paired with a refined spiral icon, a broader colour palette inspired by the Pilbara and clear consistent messaging, the new brand presents an appropriately professional image for Boodjara.
